The Tiny Heart: Skip N' Whistle Owl Tee

Skip N' Whistle Owl Tee

Coat-Gap (similar Anne Klein Red Coat), Owl Tee-c/o Skip N' Whistle, Shirt-Target (similar Forever 21 Chambray Shirt), Old Navy Rockstar Jeans, Boots-Nordstrom (similar Steve Madden Intyce Boots)

Random Wednesday Thoughts:

1. I'm really excited that my Skip N'Whistle tee finally arrived. I was hoping to have it in time for the holidays, but I think it still works well in the winter. And could owls in scarves be any cuter?

2. Sunday night I was walking Oliver and a neighbor (who lives directly across the street) said, "you better pick that up." Oliver was only peeing so there was nothing to pick up, but I'm always responsible and clean up after him. When I explained that, he started yelling "pick it up, pick it up, pick it up!". That's when the Jersey in me came out and I may have told him to shut up. He kept screaming at me so I went inside and told my hubby. So, he went outside to have words with the guy, and what do you know? The guy was terrified of him and apologized a million times. I don't think that guy will ever say another word to me!

3. I will not complain about the bitter cold since I know many of my blog friends have it much worse. But I will say I've learned if you wear fleece lined leggings under your pants/jeans your legs will stay SO much warmer.

  24. Owls...I LOVE it so much!! I hate annoying people who make comments when we walk our dogs. We always use doggie bags and sometimes we place them on something while we finish out walk but always come back for them on the way back. Well, not everyone knows that so we have gotten earfuls about it. But seriously, we have NEVER left one for more than 10 minutes so deal with it! Ugh.

  37. I totally read the part about your neighbor yelling at you with a voice in my head...like me imitating a rude jerk kind of voice in my head.

At least you were close to home so that you could go call your man to help you. Some people get really aggressive about things like that, usually non-dog owners.

Wearing fleece tights works great, the only problem is when you are still cold and then you decide to wear fleece underneath AND double up your pants (yes this is possible). Then you look fat but feel fantastic. I do not miss Canadian winters AT ALL!
