The Tiny Heart: Breaking Dawn

Breaking Dawn

Sweater Dress-Express (similar in ivory), Scarf-Forever 21 (similar), Boots-Naturalizer (similar)

(FYI: I had a bunch of layers on underneath the dress and didn't realize they were all lumpy before I took the photos. FAIL!)

Over the long weekend, we went to see Breaking Dawn 2. I purposely didn't go to see it on the opening weekend to avoid the teenyboppers. I made that mistake with New Moon and I couldn't hear half the movie over the screams every time Edward or Jacob came on. But something happens in this movie that did not happen in the book and I almost started screaming myself.

I'm totally bummed that the Twilight movies are over. I might be almost 30, but I have the same taste in movies as a 6th grade tween.

Where are you exactly? I am on the border of Point Pleasant and Brick...I have only met ONE other blogger from the area in Toms River:)
Hope you and your family are all safe/damage free from Sandy...My house is fine, trees down...but my immediate familiy in Bayhead and Lavalette are displaced for months...it is heartbreaking- what an amazing gift to donate 30 percent back...I can safely say we are all looking for ways to give, donate and just help.

  32. Um love this outfit! My friend said the same thing about Breaking Dawn... that something happens that wasn't in the book. :) She told me what it is because the series book/movies are not really my thing, mostly just because I do not go to the movies because I have bad knees and it hurts me! Okay Enough rambles. LOVE this sweater dress!

  37. I know exactly what part of the movie you're talking about, and had I not read a spoiler, I would have been screaming too! My sister and I went to one of the eat-in AMC theaters, and there never seems to be teeny boppers there. Especially if you go for the 21+ only showings :)

  47. I was all upset about that twist in Twilight, too, until the 'oh hey, just kidding!' part. Clever way for them to have that battle scene without *actually* changing anything from the book too much.

  58. I went to see it on the opening day but there were only a handful of people in there, it was pure bliss! I am always going to the 12pm showing while everyone works :D I was prepared for the twist b/c like the twi-hard I am I watched every interview the cast did! I just kept thinking "they can fix Jasper, they didn't burn him yet" (hope that didn't give too much away :D But I love, love, loved it! The fourth book was my favorite, so I was glad to finally live it out on the big screen (even though the movies didn't do the books justice). I too am sad about the series ending, but I'm getting pumped for the next hunger games movie. If you haven't read that series, I highly recommend it!
