Meet Tab

 Yesterday the hubby and I went with my brother-in-law to our local animal shelter to see if we could find him a dog. He had already seen one he liked on their website and when we got to meet him he was just as cute. Meet Tab, the newest member of the family:



Tab is a 3 year old Australian Cattledog. He was transported to the shelter in New Jersey from a kill shelter in the South. He was then adopted by a family here but after a few weeks sadly they decided to give him back to the shelter. He's amazing at playing fetch with tennis balls (he gets air everytime!) and knows how to sit and give kisses. Tab will be spending lots of time with his new aunt (that's me) since he lives right down the street. Isn't he the cutest?

  40. What a cutie! I looove dogs. And I love that he rescued one from a shelter. Purebreds are all cute and predictable and stuff, but shelter dogs need the most love.

  75. Sharon I am convinced that you can wear anything and look perfect in it. I read that your shoes are vintage, it made me think that with your petite size, it must be tough trying to find shoes in your size. Anyway, Tab made me stop in my tracks and do a double take. He looks just like a dog that I rescued from starvation and frostbite this year. He got adopted thank God. Anyway, congratulations on being a new doggie aunt.
