The Tiny Heart: Hot Pink + Stripes

Hot Pink + Stripes

Cardigan-Express (worn here, similar), Tank-Express (worn here, similar here), Necklace-Vintage (similar), Skirt-Esprit (similar), Wedges-Nordstorm (HERE)

It's time for Little Facts! (Thanks Rebecca from See Me Rwar for these!).

Body: Sometimes I wish I was much taller than my 4'10" self, but then I remember that I have a very tall hubby to reach the items on the high shelf. And 4 inch heels.

Peeve: People that air their dirty laundry on Facebook. While it can be hilarious to read, some things shouldn't be advertised on the internet. I don't need to know that you're fighting with your baby daddy for the 653rd time. Keep it to yourself, okay?

Allergy: I'm allergic to apples, pears, cherries, peaches, and plums. The cherries probably give me the worst reaction...my lips start to swell and my throat gets tingly. I get a mild reaction to apples and I eat them any way since they're just so delish.

  7. Oh man I totally hear you about wanting to be taller, I just wish it was more practical in my daily life to wear high heels and wedges-I stick to flats most of the time now because I walk to the gym and back everyday over lunch and scoot to and from work, not fun in heels, not fun at all! You look stunning and I LOVE that skirt with those wedges! XO Lori

  17. Hey lady - love the stripes, pink and pop of yellow! You look super cute and polished. Also - your comments aren't showing up on my blog for some reason, and I wanted to let you know that I'm not deleting or banning them or anything .... I think it has to do with mobile comments not working with Disqus, maybe? Trying to figure it out. Have a great day!

  18. That's so weird ... I get the notification from blogger, they show up in the comments list on blogger, but not in the actual Disqus comments. Things have been so buggy since I installed Disqus. So annoying!!! And it only seems to be today, because they've shown up in the past. I'll keep you posted.

Some lovely little facts- So true about airing your dirty laundry on FB...I mean who do they think they are, Brad Pitt? that we'll be interested in their personal life? Even for Brad Pitt, I don't care what's going on in his real life as long as he is all hawt and hunky in his reel life!!

  26. Cute outfit!!

The one problem with being tall is not being able to wear high heels. I always tend to buy very tall heels and then when I wear them, I'm a giant compared to everyone around me. Luckily my fiance is tall too, so I'm not usually taller than him.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I think you should wear your heels proud! Are you used to saying "fiance" yet? When I first got engaged, I'd sometimes slip and say "boyfriend", haha.

I can't wait to wear something like it after my pregnancy. I know what you mean about face book. 50. Yay, a petite fashion blogger! :) I consider myself petite too (5'1, represent!) and I absolutely adore your style! :) I love the pop of bright colors for spring mixed in with some neutral whites! :) (Meanwhile, when I see other famous fashion bloggers who are naturally 5'7 without heels, I always feel a sudden urge to purchase a nice pair of wedges, hehe) And ugh, I too find it annoying when people display their drama on Facebook! It only starts more drama as more people get involved and it really paints a bad image too. Drama should be a private matter, not made for all of your Facebook friends to see!

Anyway, I'm a new follower of your blog, looking forward to seeing more of your lovely posts! =)
