Look What I Got: JCrew Factory Jeweled Necklace Tee

JCrew Factory Jeweled Necklace Tee, Shirt-Target (similar JCrew Factory Chambray Shirt), Old Navy Jeans, Boots-Nordstrom (similar Steve Madden Intyce Boots), Tote-c/o Massi

Ever since I saw Mindy Kailing wear this jeweled tee on The Mindy Project last season, I wanted it. I was drooling over it for quite some time and then I finally bit the bullet. JCrew Factory was having a 50% off sale for their birthday and I figured I couldn't get a better deal than that. Originally $62.50, I got it for $31!

Cobalt

Jacket-Mossimo (similar Calvin Klein Moto Jacket), Choies Crochet Lace Blouse (c/o), Pants-H&M Kids, Boots-Naturalizer (similar Enzo Angiolini Boots), Clutch-Vintage

A few months ago, I lost my cobalt blue blouse. I'm not exactly sure what happened to it, but it's definitely gone and I was bummed. Ever since, I've been looking for a replacement for it. I stumbled upon this crochet lace one from Choies and I knew it would be a perfect substitute. The detailing on it is so pretty! It's only $15.99 and also comes in a bunch of other colors (if cobalt isn't your thing).

Minted Review: Blogger Business Cards

I was looking for blogger business cards and stumbled upon Minted. (Yes, I know, it's about time I get myself business cards for the blog!). They have so many different styles of business cards from preppy, to monogrammed, to modern.

Minted also has foiled pressed business cards which make them extra special.

Which business cards did I choose? You'll have to wait and see! Minted also carries a wide variety of other products, such as day planners, calenders, stationery, and much more. It's basically a blogger's dream come true!

Please Note: I received a Minted credit in exchange for this post. However, the opinions expressed are solely mine.

Look What I Got: Knit Infinity Scarf

Mossimo V Neck Sweater for $19.99, Infinity Scarf-c/o NoMoreRack, Old Navy Jeans, Kelly Wynne Bag (giveaway win), Boots-Nordstorm (similar BC Footwear Boots)

Nothing is cozier than a knit infinity scarf to keep warm on a chilly fall day. This navy one from Nomorerack.com is just $10! It can also be worn as a hood and comes in a variety of colors. I am always freezing and scarves are an easy way to warm up without adding tons of layers. I paired my infinity scarf with a basic grey sweater and riding boots for a comfy fall look.

Fall Hair Trend: The Deep Side Part

The latest hair trend seems to be the deep side part. It was seen on the runways of BCBG, Proenza Schouler, and Peter Som. Celebrities such as Blake Lively and Kristen Stewart have also been rocking this look It's a quick and easy way to bring your hair into the fall season. I decided to try it myself out using the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil collection. In the past, anything oil in a hair product immediately made me worry about greasy hair. Dove Pure Care Dry Oil is just the opposite...it made my hair incredibly smooth and silky without weighing it down.

I created the deep side part using a comb, aiming for the highest point of my eyebrow. I then tucked the hair on the other side behind my ear. You can also sweep your hair to one side and pin it back for a fancier look.

Dove Hair is daring women everywhere to try Dove Pure Care Dry Oil, risk-free now through December 31, 2014. If you're not completely satisfied with the results, Dove will refund your purchase! (Now through 12/31. Visit hairmoneyback.com for details). Share your silk results at #silkyhairdaresweeps for a chance to win $20,000 in prizes up for grabs. Visit Dove.com for more information.

Mix It Mondays: Navy Boyfriend Cardigan

Cardigan-American Eagle (similar Arizona Boyfriend Cardigan for $19.99), Tee-Old Navy, Scarf-c/o FRAAS (similar Apt. 9 Scarf for $11.99), Old Navy Jeans, Converse Chuck Taylor Sneakers, Bag-Forever 21 (similar BCBGeneration Bag)

Mondays are always rough but this one in particular is going to be a long one. I got back from my Atlanta work trip Saturday night and then proceeded to sleep for 11 hours! I wish I had another day off to just relax though since I was constantly busy on the trip. It's also going to be an adjustment going from the summerlike, 85 degrees in Atlanta back to the fall temps in Jersey. It was so nice wearing summer clothes again and being able to eat outside! Sigh.

I pulled out my navy cardigan again since it's one of my favorite fall pieces. I decided to remix it today with a watercolor print infinity scarf and basic white tee. I've also worn it with a striped tee and plaid scarf last fall.

Look What I Got: Cozy Oversized Sweater

Mossimo Supply Co Pointelle Tunic Sweater, Necklace-Ebay (similar BaubleBar Tassel Necklace), Old Navy Rockstar Jeans, Booties-Target (similar MLE Soho Booties)

This sweater caught my eye when I was browsing through Target. It just screamed fall to me! I love the cozy, oversized knit. It came in a bunch of different colors, but I went with this oatmeal one since it will blend nicely with the dogs (does anyone else pick sweaters based on dog hair?). It was only $20 thanks to a 20% off Cartwheel app offer. If you shop at Target on the regular, this app is a must.
